We will update our terms and conditions occasionally but this will not impact on any sales to the customer at the point of ordering.

OUR PRODUCTS
All of our products are produced by artisans using techniques passed down through the generations. All of our ceramics are hand-painted and our linen is made to order for each individual client. Our wrought iron products are crafted individually by hand by an iron monger. This is a unique service and means that we are working together with local crafts people and companies, keeping traditional arts and crafts alive in Tuscany. It also means that there is the potential for products to take up to two weeks to be made, should this arise we will let you know within two days.

CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
On confirmation that your card has been accepted, we will send you an email confirming your order to the email address that you have given us.

YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US
My Tuscan Life Ltd will store all of the personal information that you have given to us when ordering goods. We will use this information to keep you updated with our products and any other information on Tuscany that we think that you may find of interest. Should you not wish us to send you any of this information by email please do not hesitate to email us with this request and we will remove you from our data base.

DELIVERY
All products will be delivered directly to you from Italy. Most deliveries should arrive at the address you have given us within 21 days but please allow up to 28 days. We do use priority postage. If any of our products are not available when you order them we will let you know as soon as possible and either arrange to change the order or give you a full refund.

OUR DELIVERY COSTS
From our research, we have found that the most cost effective way to send your products is to break them up into bands based on size and weight.

Your order may be delivered in more than one package depending on how fragile it is and how large the order is. We will use our discretion when posting products to you so that they arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

REFUNDING AND EXCHANGING GOODS
If you are not happy with the goods you have ordered please do not hesitate to email us immediately at enquiries@mytuscanlife.com

Should you wish to receive a refund please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and providing they arrive back to us at the UK address given on the site, in their original condition and in the packaging that they were sent to you in, we will refund you in full.
All returns must be made within 14 days.

PAYMENT AND YOUR SECURITY
All product prices are displayed clearly on the My Tuscan Life Ltd website and these should correspond with the prices that you have been charged on your order confirmation email. If this is not the case please email us immediately so that we can rectify the problem, reconfirming the order with the correct price or give you a full refund if necessary.

Your credit card account will be charged when you order with us on the My Tuscan Life website and your order will then be sent out shortly. Online orders must be paid for with one of the debit or credit cards shown on our site. VAT is inclusive unless otherwise stated.

Your security is of the utmost importance to us and our website is protected by a secure connection. This means that all of your credit or debit card information is encrypted before it is forwarded to the bank for authorisation.
